BENGIGGS Investments & Company Associates (Certified Public Accountants) is a firm of Certified Public Accountants based in Nairobi, Kenya, serving educational institutions across Kenya. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act, 2019, we are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — when you request a quote: institution name, county, contact name, role, email, phone number and the details you provide about the engagement.
• Newsletter subscriptions — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Technical data — basic server logs (browser, device, pages visited) used to keep the site secure and improve it.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To send briefings you have subscribed to (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• To meet our professional and legal obligations as a firm of accountants.

How we protect it

Enquiry and subscription data is stored on systems with restricted access. Confidentiality is a core professional obligation of our practice — the same discipline applied to client engagement data applies to data collected here.
